Is Trading Crypto Possible with NinjaTrader?

I wanted to ask, what if any crypto exchanges can be connected to NinjaTrader to actively trade?

Thanks for your post.

Charting and Sim trading is possible, however the platform is not yet ready to fully support crypto trading. Buying and selling partial quantities is one current limitation which would need a solution before further efforts can be invested towards live crypto currency trading.

A a sugestion it would be nice that the lifetime license offered cryptocurrency trading at Binance or Primexbt, this last one can trade futures and forex. At the end of the day, all assets will be converted to some sort of blockchain.

There are currently limitations in the core application that prevent trading crypto currencies live. The ability to trade partial quantities is one factor.

We have a feature request tracking interest behind fully supporting crypto currencies, and I have added votes for you VigMart and Newtrader101.

Hello, I'd like to register interest in this feature request.

Though I'm not trading crypto, it certainly looks to be growing as an asset class with institutional interest, and it would not be much fun to trade without proper software and systems.

I was reading about LedgerX, which offers crypto derivatives, and I looked at their website. It's not a great "trading platform," though. But they offer an API to get data.

Would NT8 be able to connect to the LedgerX API data? Just curious. Thank you!

Connecting to another API is possible through a custom connection adapter, however, building custom connection adapters is only permitted for qualified vendors in a business relationship.

Having said that, there are further limitations being able to trade crypto currencies through NinjaTrader, for example, accessing a wallet and trading partial quantities.

In the other hand, I see coinbase under the list of possibles brokers in my Multi-Broker account. What's for? Can I connect NT 8 with my Coinbase account?

Finally, I had create a NinjaScript for using on crypto, but I can't use the loaded historical data in PlayBack mode to test this strategy... May be I am doing something wrong or it is not possible to run historical BTCUSD data on PlayBack?
