Is there documentation on how to move tick data (all of it) and dump it out to move it over to a different computer and then import it? Is there any de-duplication that Ninjatrader offers?

Thank you for writing for writing in.
Glad to assist. You may create a backup file that include the historical data and restore this on the second PC (Tools > Export > Backup file... -- use Tools > Import > Backup file... to restore).

Additionally you may manually export the data via text file and import. See below for more on exporting.
