Why cannot see the line under Initialize()

Hello all,
when I use
DrawHorizontalLine("tag1", 1270, Color.Black);
under
protectedoverridevoid Initialize() I cannot see the line , but when use the same statment under
protectedoverridevoid OnBarUpdate()
I can see the line, any idea?

Calling Draw... methods in Initialize() is not supported.

so what to do or what to use ? I just want to draw the line one time only not with every bar update .

I think I found it , i should use
if (CurrentBar == 0)
under
OnBarUpdate()
