I managed to make a nifty multiple time frame strategy based on one I learned a while ago to trade discretionary. But, I now need to add some rules based on stochastic actions on the smallest time frame.

My question is, how do I code stochastic crossovers, and can I do so in different "areas" of the stochastic area. Like fast line crosses slow line above 80. For some reason I can't figure out how to do this lol. I know with some indicators you can highlight a value and then have "crossabove" point to a value, but I am no longer using the wizard. I did code moving average crossovers.

In fact, if you are programming, use the wizard to set up some conditions as per the links above, then press the "View Code" button in the wizard to see the syntax.

Thanks Ray. I see exactly what I needed to know in one of your links. I will reverse engineer this from the wizard. The last programming I did was in Basic writing text games for the Vic 20 lol. Considering I installed Ninjastrader on August 16th, it's a testament to you folks how far I am getting.
