These indicators appear to download as .php's; shouldn't they be .zip's, so import can find them?

"Free" does not necessarily mean "open source". As an example, NinjaTrader itself is free to download and use. It is not open source: only the shipping indicators and strategies are.

With "Free" black boxes one assumes great risk of intrusion. Ninja is not free where real trading is involved.

Agree totally one should be very weary of downloading and installing any "locked" code as "DLL" regardless of how friendly you think the vendor/person is(how do you think they get you)
You have no clue what is in that "DLL" as well you have no clue what that"DLL" is doing behind the scenes!

And to any that come in defense of said "generosity" Screw you!! and have a nice day!
Been there done that and suffered the consequences!

Hi aligator and newbie0101,

I just don't want to reveal my source codes . Everything is safe.

Hey, if I reveal my source codes:

• Most of users still don't care, because just a few users have the programming capability to read my codes.
• You suspect some "dangerous" things inside the DLLs? If I want to do that, I can still do with source-code versions.

And some other reasons:

• NinjaTrader itselfs is NOT open-source, and all of us trust NinjaTrader.
• When you purchase indicators from vendors, they are 99.9% protected DLLs. You have to trust them if you decide to make a purchase.

So the problem is all about reputation and credibility.
