Workspace switcher tool.

I downloaded the file from your website and tried to import it into NT7 with the Import Command.

The message I got was that the file was possibly corrupt or could not be found.

I am using NT7 Version 18 with a 64 Bit version on Win 7 Pro 64Bit.

Do I need to try and UNZIP the file or something?

Which file this was exactly? Have you tried to redownload it?
Could you send me the exact filename and the exact size (in bytes) of the file?
I'll llok into it once I have these details.

I haven't yet updated to the latest build though, let's hope this is not the cause.

With NT Support (Christopher) I was able to fix the download problem.

I have since Imported it into NT7 Ver 18 64BIT and have it Partially Working.

I Apply the Indicator to a CHART in a Workspace and set the Display to TRUE and actually get 4 Boxes to appear on a Chart in a Workspace.

I then Open other workspaces and apply the Indicator to them and the SAME 4 Boxes appear.

When I go back and Open the 1st Workspace, the 4 Boxes have disappeared and I have to Run the Indicator Again for them to re appear.

Are the 4 Boxes CHANGABLE or can I re name them etc.??

Gene, I am afraid I cannot quite follow you. What Display do you set to true? If you could send me a screenshot (Win7 has a great simple "snippng tool" for this) I'd be happy to assist.

To sum it up: There are two workspace tools on my site:
1. the old Workspace Switcher (v2_21): it is a pain in the to set up. You need to do give a path to your workspaces manually on each chart you want the switcher on. I know: it is rather a concept than user friendly tool. Works good if you set it up though.

2. WorkspacesPRO (v1.2) does this automatically for all your current workspaces. It is made as convenient as a tool can be. It has a lot of cool features too.

Neither of them have any options which resembles "display" though...

Problem importing .cs file

I am trying to import this Altogom indicator, it is showing in the ninja/bin/custom-indicator file, but not in the list when trying to use it on a chart. See attachments

Edit: Later on I could try and compile the file and the error seems to be with a "hot key" file, which I alsa imported but now 1 line error still remains that I don't know how to fix..

Okay, it is because I must navigate between 2 licence keys before I can access some features like edit script.

Now to the issue: when I follow your instructions regarding references, it asks for a file name and I can't find it.

If you are unable to find the reference file for the indicator you will need to contact the developer or the vendor of the indicator and ask for the reference file. The indicator will not work without the reference file.

Hello,
This would indicate that you do not have the reference installed on the computer with the problem but you do on the other computer.
Another option would be that you could delete the indicator from the (My)Documents> NinjaTrader 7> bin > custom >Indicators folder> Compile an indicator and then reimport the original zip file which should have the reference file and add it correct if importing through File> Utilities> Import NinjaScript.
