Update for the HiLo Activator
Hello all,
This is my first post on this forum and I'd like to share an updated version of the HiLo Activator indicator submitted by sbgtrading on 03-16-2008. I've corrected an issue on the indicator plot and added arrows whenever there's a swing in the indicator.
Hope you enjoy !!

Thanks for your Hi-Low activator.
sbgtrading 2008 release was compatible with NT 6.5; is your modded version NT 7 compatible or did you still test in NT 6.5.x only?

Hello there, actually I'm using it on NT 7, I haven't even tested 6.5, but it should work on both anyway...

using hilo activator as a market scanner
Hello everyone,
the title says it all actually: any ideas on how to implement said "hilo activator"-indicator as a market scan? Ideally, I would input my watchlist into the market analyzer function of NT7 and add a column labeled "hilo activator". I would run that every day (I trade on end of day only for now) and then get an alert when any of the stocks on my watchlist have broken through the activator line and an upwards/downwards arrow is shown (see image). I can't figure out how to set that kind of alert properly using the market analyzer function. Any ideas how that can be done?
Thanks!

Welcome to our forums here HENRIm - to allow for filtering via the MarketAnalyzer you would need to introduce additional code in this script, as you would need to check if the price has crossed above / below the current activator value to provide a signal. This could be done for example in a customized version that would plot a +1 for the long cross to have happened, and vice versa then for the shorts. Once this is done you could provide conditions in your MarketAnalyzer sheet referencing those plot values.

Neil, I would not be aware of a strategy implementing it yet, however an alarm is featured in this one - https://www.bigmiketrading.com/downl...-download.htmlBertrandNinjaTrader Customer Service
