EMA/RSI indicator

Anyone have a indicator thats similar to the Trader Trend indicator that shows the vertical color bars based on ema and rsi? Closest thing ive seen is the RGBars indicator someone posted for download but its only based on a EMA I believe.

I could probably come up with the code for but it would take me weeks as I have limited coding skills. Do you recommend any particular one of those consultant partners for a small amount of coding work? Looks like most of them are for large company type requests.

This sort of project wouldn't take very long. Essentially any of the consultants would be capable of doing this and they have no problem with small projects.
