Price measurement tool?

Is there anything out there that allows you to set values on your cursor say you want +5 points and everytime you move your cursor it would measure +5 points ahead?

Hungryman, the only price measurement tool we would have per default is the Ruler, it would be located under the Drawing Tools on your chart.

What does the 2nd line do ? After I measure high to low....

It allows you to place the tooltip box where you wish to place it.
