Market Potential Reversal Times, Anyone?

Hi,

Do we have, or can anyone point me out to a script/indicator that plots vertical lines at ES (potential) reversals times? In case more info it's needed, I'm looking for a graphical aid such a vertical line or shaded background area (preferably) at several specific-predetermined-times in the trading session such as 7:00 am 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 1:30 pm, 3:00 pm, etc.

A time back I found a NT custom indicator from traderwerks at his/her website, see attachment, that suits my needs but the site administrator seems to be MIA, so no response has been received yet

This indicator has eluded me for quite some time and plotting this lines manually every day can be a little cumbersome and tedious to do it on daily basis, any help will highly appreciate it.

I had recently downloaded the very same indicator which I have twice applied to to my charts getting about six regions, still not quite what I'm looking for but it does job for the time being.
