Simple Cross indicator

I would like create an indicator that will send an alert when a EMA crosses outside the Std deviation of an EMA Bollinger band. Where would be the best place to start for something like this, or does anyone know if it has already been created?

can this be done with the wizard?

You can create this in the wizard if all the values you're looking for are available as indicator plots. This link can help create the conditions using the condition builder:
