Error While Restoring: "End of stream"

I backed up my NinjaTrader settings in a file and tried to use "restore" on another computer, but it keeps giving me an error message: "NinjaTrader was unable to restore the selected backup archive file: End of stream." The same version of NinjaTrader was used to backup and restore, and in fact one computer is able to restore using this file, but another computer isn't. Does anyone have any idea what to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Very interesting that it works on one computer but not another.. are you running the latest version of NT on each? What settings are you trying to backup/restore?
