McGinley Dynamic

An imposing name. The indicator appears in the March 2010 issue of S & C Magazine. I could not see it in Fig 4 where we are told it is shown, so thought I'd code it.
It seems to be all but identical to an EMA of the same period, just diverging a little at peaks and troughs, although I have only tried it on index futures. Perhaps it does something more on FX charts? Perhaps someone will enlighten me? Or have I made a coding error?

Thanks for sharing, will need to play with it a little here...looks like it just adds a momentum factor to the EMA, so reminds me of the ZLEMA approach here from Ehlers...
