Automated Algorithmic StopLoss/Target Strategy following manual order entry?

I have my own stoploss/target exit algorithm written as a strategy. I wish to "link" this to a manual order entry. Is there a way to have it running in the background as a strategy and have the algorithm (strategy) detect if there is an active position (which will have been initiated manually via chart trader)?

For example lets say I wished to use the parabolic SAR as a stoploss. How would I do this? Many Thanks.

Unfortunately this is not supported in NinjaTrader 7 boreland - thanks for the suggestion though.

This is a great tool that I am looking for since a long time.
Can we suggest this in future developments?
Ninjatrader already gives a unique identifier for all the trades. I think if this identifier is available for access from the scripting section. I think we can just manage any open position.
