S&C VWMACDHistogram

On the latest issue of Stocks and Commodities Traders Tips there was a VWMACD Histogram Indicator for Ninja Trader. Where is the link to download it?

Josh,
I found the VWMACDHistogram but want to do a quick modification to it and not knowing a lot of C#I need some help.
Is there a quick way to add a paragraph to the formula so I color the Histogram bars moving up differently than the ones moving down?
