PriceOscillator Modification

Hi,
I am looking for Price Oscillator Histogram with Green(or any Optional) above zero and Red below zero. I just started learning C# and I looked into the code but I couldn't figure out how to do it.
Any help is appreciated.

Please use DrawRegion() to fill in the space between your line to the zero line.
