      I love this indicator. Is there a thread somewhere about how people use it to trade? Thanks for posting. The Gmma consolidation is neat because it changes color during the flat periods.

      Where did you find this? I would like to read more about it....

      Thanks

        GMMA Oscillator

        Did you ever get a reply to your post? I discovered this indicator here and use it to support entry/exit decisions with Trend Strength and Donchian on 1 second chart.

          Hello guys/gals,

          Can someone please add an alert to this indicator. Although there is an alert code written in german, it never sounds .

          Thanks in advance

            the code plays a sound file called 'Drip.wav'

            Code:
            Alert("Upper",NinjaTrader.Cbi.Priority.Medium,"Anzeichen für Aufwärtstrend","Drip.wav",6,Color.Blue,Color.White);
            you can do either one;
            a) go into the coding and change it to ninja standard 'Alert1.wav'

            b) go to C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 6.5\sounds
            and change Alert1.wav to Drip.wav

              Hi,
              Thanks for the reply. I have amended the code. Now I have ""Anzeichen für Aufwärtstrend","Alert 1.wav",6,Color.Blue,Color.White); Is this correct?. I compiled it with no errors so I assume it will work

              Will test when market opens...

              Thanks

                it is Alert1.wav not Alert 1.wav you can go into ninja folder \sounds and see the correct name yourself.

                  Thanks....I had the feeling that was the case and changed it already. By the way, can add a different sound to the sound folder and rename it in the code?

                    Yes you can.

                    using System.IO;
                    File.Move(sourceFile, destFile);
                    File.Copy(sourceFile, destFile);

                          Still not working for Me?

                          Im no programmer and somewhat still new to NT so i have no idea how to fix these problems setting up this indicator. I tried to "find and replace" a couple things in the code and was not too surprised when it still didn't work.

                          First off it seems like you need "RMMA Consolidation" and "RMMA Spread" to use GMMA Consolidation and Amod? correct? or way off?

                          Secondly, do i need the jurik DLL to run these indicators because it seems like i do and if i do is it available free or is there another way to make this indicator work like replacing the Jurik MAs and ZeroLagEMAs with something else.

                          Any feedback would be much appreciated

                          Thanks,

                          Magellan

                          EDIT: I Figured it out. Had a bad indicator in my folder and as soon as i got rid of it all was well. Thanks to everyone who participated in this thread.

                                I am looking to translate this mt4 indicator to NT. It tracks MMA consolidation. I have given an explanation as to what I am looking for on the pic. Attached is the mt4 indicator itself.
                                Hello,

                                Can someone modify the original indicator so it changes colour with change of sides..Green when above and Red when below line., just like the modified versions for NT. I have tried changing it in meta editor but it comes out with the same colour on both sides...Thanks in advance
