I believe you were involved in creating it but the site herein says it cannot be found when I attempted to download it.

Yes, I posted that in downloads, here:

I am not sure why it is not there. If you can not find it, it may be due to recent NT transitions. Please contact the support to make it available for download.

Not really, two reasons; 1. this indicator started based on a similar idea with similar name, but it is much different, thus a different name. 2. I would like to keep my shared indicators as a group and this format helps to track and update with improvements.
