and while you're in there, rename all the other files which are using leading underscores to appear at the top of the list.

We appreciate your attention to detail. However, in this situation, there are no rules being broken with the given name, so we are unable to change it. The user app share is an open source repository for users to upload their creations. Users have the ability to name their creations however they want. If this user wants their item to appear at the top alphabetically, they have the option to do that. This will not hinder other users from being able to use or search the app share.
