Need Help with ATR Trailstop w/FIb Targets Conversion

Hi everyone. I've been successful using this Tradovate indicator and now want it on Ninja where I am using as my main trading platform. I hired someone to convert it already but they failed. This is an is a nice tool everyone can use here in ninjatrader 8. Can someone help convert this the right way. I will attach a pdf file for the source code.
