Cross above and Cross below sound Lines Update

New version of Cross lines - renamed CrossLinesV3 as it is almost a complete rewrite.
Features
1. NEW - now a single Indicator for either Cross Above or Cross Below user designated line
2 NEW .Sound Alert via user selected sound file.
3. NEW Alert to have the line 'Flash' on the chart for easy reference.
4. NEW Toolbar button - colour and text can be designated by the user. Allows turning on and off of the indicator.
5. Line can be adjusted on chart and alarm automatically re calculates.
6. NEW Unique ID means you may have multiple instances of this indicator on different/same chart.
