HMA Crossover indicator that generates an arrow only if.......

the slow Hma is rising as well as the fast ( or they are both falling ) Otherwise it should generate initially if they are both rising. or falling. The opposite arrow (to close) should be generated on an actual crossover.i. e. this crossover should not generate an initial arrow as the red 100 hma is falling even as the green 21 HMA is rising. if however an arrow has already been generated an opposite arrow should be generated.

I am not aware of a specific item that matches that description but you can look through the user app share to see if any user uploaded scripts meet your needs. That could otherwise be made as an indicator by forming those condition. If you wanted to try and develop this item you can post in the NinjaScript indicator development forum for any specific questions you may have on that topic.
