help changing start time of BarCounter indicator

Hello, is there anyone that can change the script on the "bar count" indicator so that it either starts counting at the beginning of NYsession, or a way to make it custom so we can choose when it starts counting?

If you have interest in making the changes yourself, on line 78 where the condition checks if the bar is the first bar of session, you could replace this with the bar time being equal to a specific time or a time supplied from a public input property.
