I'm looking for an indicator in NinjaTrader that allows you to identify when the last trading prices of a candle (the bottom part of the candle for bids and the top part for asks) have specific values of bids at 0 and asks at 0.

That said, I am not aware of an existing indicator that accomplishes this specifically.
