Bid/Ask timer

I had a thought pop into my head and I just want a sanity check before I jump into the rabbit hole.

Is there an indicator (oscillator?) that shows the amount of time that the price stayed at the last hit bid or ask per bar?
If the last trade was at the ask and it sits there for a period of time, add that to the Ask time accumulation. Do the same for bid.
Just a random thought.

I am not aware of a specific item like that, you can search on the public user app share to see if any user uploaded items match that description. If any users have suggestions they will also post them here.
