Review and Control of Ecosystem Shared Files

Seems like there is zero NinjaTrader control or review of files that are directly shared by some members. Example: A Super Pass Band Filter indicator created by John Ehlers (https://ninjatraderecosystem.com/use...band-filter-2/) was directly re-shared and uploaded in Ecosystem by a vendor member without NT review or control.

Re-posting of existing indicators without being the original author is confusing and redundant. NT should review and post files before sharing in Ecosystem to prevent duplicity, clutter, and .dll files for malicious purposes.

Hello aligator,

The User App Share is fully open source and we do allow users to modify code from other users and upload.

We do review to ensure there is no malicious code or assemblies. As long as there is no malicious code in the script, it will be uploaded if the user requests.
