Region highlight Y - labelled and not continuous to left

I am looking for a way /add on that will 1/ label my 'region highlight Y' lines and restrict region to only starting point on chart and to the right - not extending left of origin point.

I have downloaded the add on which labels drawing lins horizontal, arrow, ray and line but does not label region highlight lines.

I'm not aware of a script that does exactly this, but I can certainly point you in the direction of tools you would need to build one.
