The TTM Squeeze is not an indicator installed with NinjaTrader.

There may be some made by 3rd parties that can be imported.

I installed the indicator and it seems to be working great.

Is there any TTM Wave (abc) indicator for NT8? I tried to search online but I haven't found any.

I am not familiar with one made for NinjaTrader, but through a google search it looks like there was another forum that may have a version for NT.
