If you mean how many "ticks per second" that seems like it would be simple to measure. Is that what you mean?

I'm not aware of an existing indicator called tape speed. This thread will remain open for any community members that know of an existing script they would like to share.

Hi.

The website/forum futures.io has an indicator for non-time based bars named "BarSpeed" and another indicator named "PaceOfTape" and another named something like "skTickSpeed.."

You would need to be a member to download. Not advertising, recommending or marketing that site.. just providing info that the indicators exist.

Also the indicator is not a hard one to build so check out that link/post by NinjaTrader_Jim.
