ChelseaB maybe there was insufficient amount of money in the bank account - ? how much money is needed to connect the Order flow + function - ?

Our Development is still looking into this issue, which is affecting multiple user profile accounts.
Once I have more information I will update you.
From what I can see, there is not a funded brokerage account with Tradovate associated with the email address you have contacted me in support with.
No funded brokerage account is required, but the user profile account must be a NinjaTrader type account, which this account does appear to be.
