CHoCH and BOS Indicator

That said, I am not aware of any existing indicators that accomplish this.

An NT third party sells a SMC indicator but I don't know anything about it or them.

If you look around you might find some of the same concepts .. just not packaged with the same language in one indicator.

For example.. for BOS.. people have written strategies that submit a breakout entry as price breaks out of a channel or retraces back up past the most recent high. So you would be looking for "breakout" indicators and strategies, etc.
