Is this drawing possible in Ninjatrader?

    Hi,

I don't think there's an example indicator that creates this drawing type but I have attached an example of how it looks. It is the two cloud looking drawings with blue and red as the filling colour. I figured for each new bar I'd have two prices to attach the upper and bottom line to, and then fill the space in between them but i don 't know?

    Thanks, any help s appreciated!

    Hello tarikmedjber,

As your inquiry is not about development (programming NinjaScripts in C#) I have moved your thread to the NinjaScript File Sharing Discussion forum where it is appropriate to ask about completed indicators.

It appears you have the ichimoku indicator, though the image is cropped and not including the indicator labels on the upper left and I can't be certain.

      Hi Chelsea,

I may have no explained best. It is about development, I'm not looking for an indicator. I'm creating an indicator but I want it to look like the example I gave. So yeah, I want to draw something LIKE the ichimoku but develop it all myself with my own values.

      Does that make sense?

Also, the example is not found on Ninjatrader by the way. Just a random example.

          Hello Tarik,

The Ichimoku is plotting plots added with AddPlot(), and then using Draw.Region() to shade the cloud area between plots.

I recommend that you use the code in this open source script an example, if this is the behavior you are looking for.
