Custom Indicator

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help. I'm looking for a customer made indicator which identifies inside bars. Below is what i'm looking for...

1. The indicator can be run in any timeframe
2. If a bar has a <= high to the previous bar and a >= or equal low than the previous bar i'd like it to be highlighted and an alert played.
3. If a bar is identified by number 2 then it needs to be colored depending opn weather it's a down bar or an up bar
4. Alert. If a bar is identified either up or down then a alert is played.

I've seen similar indicators on the board but i don't think they capture what i'm looking for exactly.

Any help would be appreciated
