EMA Envelopes file won't download

I'm attempting to download EMA Envelopes by Sawangold from the App Share and am getting the error message, "Invalid File Type." I've tried on two different machines with no luck, and other files there download fine. Can someone check on that file? Here is a screencast image of the error: https://www.screencast.com/t/v2aoJ6UH
