Import failed when try to download a new indicator

What should I do when I get this error message when downloading a new indicator?
" Import failed. The NinjaScript Archive File may contain duplicate method names that already exist on your PC, modify a method signature that other scripts were dependent on, or be missing a required file on either your PC or in the import archive."

    Hello Chatagny,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

This message means exactly what it sounds like. The import is failing because you either have a conflict with a file that you already installed, or a file required by the script is missing (either from your PC or from the archive itself).
    • Is this something that you purchased from a third party, got for free from somewhere, or created yourself?
    • If this is something you obtained for free or created, is this a file that you are able or willing to us so that we can do some testing with it?
We may not be able to resolve the conflict, but we might be able to help you determine the problem with greater specificity.

Please send me your log and trace files as well as a copy of the .zip file (if possible) so that I may further assist you.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Add the .zip file as an attachment using the 'Attachment' file selector.

Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This already is checked by default.

I have the same problem. But it's with Indicators that I am sharing with trading partners. There are 2 indicators. One calls the other.

They run fine for me. I export them as Compiled Assemblies to share with them.

When they import the 2nd one (no matter which one they import first), they get the error.

Since I don't get the error, I'm not sure how to fix it.

      thanks

        Hello cre8able,

Are there classes or enums shared between the two exported packages?

If so, isolate these to a separate file and export that separately.

Below is a link to a video that demonstrates.
