stop drawing when the highest price of the current bar touches a value

As logic would come to be, I have a value A if the highest price touches that value that stops drawing A and draws B but when the price returns because of A, it no longer draws .. I did if (A> high [0]) I have the problem when the highest price touches A it stops drawing but when it returns it draws again

It is difficult to visualize based on your text but it sounds like you need to add some bool logic to help you draw when you wish to draw. Try to find the changing condition that would say it is okay to draw or not.
