Thanks for your post.

I hit this earlier and was able to get past it after clearing my browser cache. However, I was seeing behavior where multiple downloads were happening after I cleared my browser cache.

Could you let us know if clearing your browser cache helps?

If you see the same symptoms where multiple downloads are requested after clearing cache, could you let me know as well?

Hello Jim,
Actually for me I am facing this issue since I cleared Cache, I cleared it again but same issue. However I am able to download in Private Browser without any problems. Thanks!

Issue fixed, some temp files / cookies were causing it so I cleared it.
