Unable to download from User App Share

I tried many times with many browsers and platforms but nothing
When I click download, a window popup shows up, I click on "I Agree",
then after this nothing happens

my guess is that the server is only responding to downloads during USA NY trading hours, Sunday 6pm to Friday 5pm

Huh? Highly doubtful.
Open vs Closed hours for downloads makes absolutely no sense.

It could be unannounced scheduled website maintenance took place
over this weekend, some issues ensued, but have now been resolved.

I was able to download the file without issue and I am attaching to this forum post.

I recommend enabling cookies or trying a different browser.
