locating Aggregate C++ indicator by SIM22

Good evening ladies and gentlemen. I used to have a copy of the Aggregate C indicator for NT8 but after since but blue screen of death incident I lost it. Does anyone have a copy of this by chance ?

Have you contacted Sim22 to ask if this is still available somewhere? I am unable to find such an indicator with a search of the forums and the Ecosystem.
