Plotting Draw Objects to another Panel

Hello,
I have two questions.
1) How can I plot an Arrow or Diamond etc, to another panel besides panel 1? I have two ma's in panel 2, so I would like the cross Arrows to display/plot in panel 2, not panel 1. I have changed the Overlay to =false but this just opens up a new panel and the Arrows stay in panel 1. In the indicator settings I changed the Panel setting to Panel 2 but it still displays in Panel 1. How can I fix this to display the arrows in Panel 2?

2) Is it possible to plot an EMA or SMA etc, inverse to how it normally plots? So when a normal ema line is plotting upward...this inverse ema would be plotting downward.

1. Try using DrawOnPricePanel = false.

2. You will need to create a custom indicator to do this.
