Unable to download indicator

I am unable to download indicators from the user app share, here is a few that I would like to have:

Francoisp5, I am having no difficulty downloading from ecosystem currently. We'll need more information to find out why you're unable to download from our Ecosystem site. Please answer all of the following questions:

• What version of Windows are you using?
• What web browsers are you using?
• Does this symptom persist if your clear your web browser's cache?
• Does this symptom persist if you try using a different web browser?
• What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?

I am using Windows 10
I tried with Chrome and Brave Browser
I tried with 3 different computer and from different location, I saw in the forum there is a bunch of user with same problem but didnt see any solution

In the future, if you see an existing thread with the same symptom as yours, please contribute to that thread. This helps keeps the forum organized and free of duplicate posts. I've attached all the files you linked to. I had to zip them into one file as the forums have a attachment limit. You'll need to pull each individual indicator zipped folder out of the main attached zipped folder to import the individual indicators into NinjaTrader
