Problem with download in ninjatraderecosystem.com

Hello davidjaramillo,
Thank you for your post.
I am having no difficulty downloading from the link you provided. We'll need more information for our IT team who is looking into why some users are having issues when trying to download from our Ecosystem site. Please answer all of the following questions:
• What version of Windows are you using?
• What web browser(s) are you using?
• Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
• What about if you use a different web browser?
• What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?
Once I receive your answers I will post the requested file here for you.

These are answers to your questions:
• What version of Windows are you using?
R: I'm using windows 10 Enterprise in a Laptop Dell.
• What web browser(s) are you using?
R: Usuallu i use Chrome web browser with Versión 81.0.4044.138 (Build oficial) (64 bits)
• Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
R: Yes, this symptom persist include with IE and Mozilla, also i had tried in other computer with these same browsers and the result is the same.
• What about if you use a different web browser?
R: I can't download.
• What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?
R: I tried with this troubleshooting too but i can't download and i have the same problem.
I think that maybe the problem is with the location of the file. I don't know if you are trying download connected at ninja's network and for that reason you can download. Maybe if you try in other PC you can see the problem.
If you can download the file, can you help me share a link or the file attach in this post please?.

I will pass that information on to my IT team, thanks.
And no, it's not because I'm on the NinjaTrader network that I'm able to download - due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we've been working from home for over two months, so I'm not on the NinjaTrader network at all at the moment and I am able to download from all PCs I have tried on all networks I have tried.
I've attached the requested file below.
