    Unable to download file

    Hello,

    I have searched through all the threads for solutions and am unable to get files to download for me for some reason. I also searched this forum to see if someone else had asked for the specific file that I am looking for and was unable to locate it.

    I've tried all browsers including download Opera as well with no luck. Could you please help me in obtaining these files

    For any other users who may read this post experiencing the same symptom, we'll need more information to find out why you're unable to download from that site. Please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of Windows are you using?
    • What web browser are you using?
    • Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
    • What about if you use a different web browser?
    • What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?

      • What web browser are you using? Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera
      • Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache? Yes
      • What about if you use a different web browser? Have tried all 4
      • What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC? I have tried this per finding the suggestion on another thread.

        NinjaTrader_PatrickG Not sure if this will help. But if I "Open new Window" on the download link, it does download a zip file.

        It downloads "Al Brooks Bars.zip (Without the hyphens) and the file does not open or contain any content.
        The file you sent me is "Al-Brooks-Bars.zip".

        So maybe it's possible there's an issue with the pathname.

          Thanks for the insight. I can't reproduce what you're reporting as the original symptom or the differently named zip file, however, our website teams are reviewing all feedback with our providers and hopefully there will be a universal solution discovered.
