You guys got an FTP or backup site? - nothing can be downloaded

Getting a stall when trying to d'load anything off ecosystem. tried 2 different browsers. D'loads off other web sites work perfectly.
Looks like I'm not alone with this issue.
What's the link to your alternate download site? please

Using Firefox 75.0 on windows 10 pro. ver 10.0.17763
Desired Indicator is "Labeled horizontal lines" found here:

I am trying to download, "Color Regions" and "Ruler with price move percentage and ticks". Thanks for you help.
