Unable to Download Indicators

    Hello gbux,

    We will want to understand more about your situation before giving you the file.

    Please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of Windows are you using?
    • What web browser are you using?
    • Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
    • What about if you use a different web browser?
    • What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?

      Hi! I'm having problems trying to download the following indicator:

      This indicator displays Level II data on the main chart panel and smooth away some deficiencies of jtRealStats and EdsLevel2. Features: fast/lightweight/resource efficient adjustable font size adjustable alignment, max./min. bar width/height and margins accurate price line


      Would someone be able to post this indicator so I can download it? thanks in advance.

        We are attempting to gather information for our IT team regarding those who are having issues with downloading. We'll need you to answer the same questions my colleague Jim posted in the post above yours before we can provide the indicator - I'm including these below:

        What version of Windows are you using?
        What web browser are you using?
        Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
        What about if you use a different web browser?
        What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?

          What web browser are you using? Chrome and Microsoft edge
          Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache? Yes
          What about if you use a different web browser? Yes, I used both Chrome and Microsoft edge.
          What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC? Yes, the problem persists
