Download on Ninjatrader Ecosystems appears to be broken?

Just FYI, I've tried over the weekend and this morning (on three browsers) to download some files e.g. https://ninjatraderecosystem.com/use...amicsrlines-2/ and it gets stuck at the green wait timer.

Maybe someone could look at this?

I am able to download this file using Chrome without issue. I've attached the file from the link you provided as an attachment below.

If you've already tried multiple web browsers, then my next recommendation would be trying a different PC or source of internet

Thanks Patrick, I tried it on my wife's computer just now and also my android phone (Chrome browser) and it still just gets stuck at the round green timer. I tried a US proxy and the same. Perhaps you are getting a different result inside the LAN? Anyway, thanks for the indicator, that solves my immediate issue. If other customers are ok, I can't explain it.
