Order Flow Chart Set Up Template

Hi All,
I am a futures trader recently started using NT 8 especially order flow. I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to share their chart settings for timeframes , data series, data box for delta , volume etc. Also, is there any detailed book or documentation explaining the various aspects of market depth map and order detector including settings for ES,NQ,CL and GC.
