Drawing Support Resistance from an external file

Hello,
How can I draw support/resistance lines loaded from external file ,
The external file ( SR.txt looks like this for E-mini)

1370 – 1372.50
1367
1362
1355 – 1357
1348
1342
1338
1333.50 – 1335
1330 – 1331.50
--------------------
I hope someone can help me creating a script to load and draw those lines from external file
