Menu pop-up style is not correct when main menu top-border are part out of screen

when the main menu's top-border are part out of desktop screen, click any one menu, the pop-up sub-menus are out of positions as it shows as normal. It happens both on NT8 native menu like in Control Center or the menu on chart's tool bar that added by indicator. Just see the attached jpgs, you can tell the difference easily.
