no sound when alerts triggered

i am using a custom nt script and there is no sound when an alert is triggered. audible alerts worked fine in nt7.

Thank you for the post.

Could you tell me, are you seeing the Alert being placed in the Alert log window?

If so, are you using a stock sound or is this a custom sound? Could you provide the syntax you are using for the alert specifically?

Additionally are you able to hear other sounds from the platform like placing a trade?
